What We Can Help You With

At Tia Webber Counselling, we understand that life can be challenging, and sometimes it can feel overwhelming. That's why we're here to support you through a range of issues that may be affecting your mental health and wellbeing.

We specialise in addressing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, low self-worth, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, bereavement, and anger. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming feelings of worry or fear, persistent sadness or hopelessness, the pressures of work or relationships, the emotional aftermath of a traumatic event, or difficulties in your personal or professional relationships, we're here to support you.

I create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore these challenges and work towards healing and growth. We believe in empowering individuals to take control of their mental health and wellbeing, and we're committed to providing compassionate, personalised support every step of the way.

Children/Young person Counselling

What We Can Help You With

I understand that growing up can be tough. That's why we offer a supportive and non-judgmental children's counselling service designed specifically for young people aged 13-18.

I specialise in helping young people navigate common challenges such as school and exam anxiety where I'll help your child develop coping strategies to manage test anxiety and build confidence.

Friendship issues where I'll support your child in developing healthy relationships and communication skills.

Low self-worth and esteem where I’ll work with your child to identify positive strengths and build a more positive self-image. Emotional regulation where I'll teach your child techniques to manage emotions and develop emotional resilience.

In our safe and confidential space, your child will have the opportunity to express themselves freely and work through their emotions with my guidance.

By choosing my children's counselling service, you can trust that your child will receive the support they need to thrive.

What to Expect

My counselling process typically begins with an initial consultation about what is happening with yourself, feelings and emotions. We'll then work together to develop a personalised plan tailored to your needs.

When you book a session with me, you can expect a safe and confidential space to share your thoughts and feelings, a non-judgmental approach, a supportive environment to explore your issues and work towards healing.

I provide a supportive environment to explore these issues and work towards healing. Each session is 50 minutes long and costs £50 for face-to-face or online therapy. Book your free 20-minute initial assessment online or by phone call to get started.
